A conference fee of 500 EUR will be charged to all participants (reduced to 450 EUR in case of early payment before 13th May).
The conference fee will cover lunches during the workshop. It includes also conference kit, excursion, refreshments during coffee breaks, banquet and a publication of conference proceedings. Accompanying persons pay for banquet and excursion directly in the conference office (50 EUR per event).
Conference fee has to be transferred to the conference bank account (details below) before 27th May (or before 13th May, if you want to take advantage of fee reduction for early payers). Receipts will be issued with the payer's data as provided by the participants, thus we encourage to double-check this field in indico.
In the case you wish to pay in PLN (Polish złoty), the fee is 2200 zł (1900 zł reduced).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done in writing by e-mail to the organizers.
Conference registrants cancelling their registration before 13th May receive full refund of the conference fee.
Cancellations occurring between 13th May and 27th May will be refunded 50%.
If submitted after 27th May, cancellations will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made via a bank transfer and all bank charges (including currency rate spread) will be for the registrants account.
Financial assistance
To promote participation of young researchers and scientists from developing countries, we offer reduction of conference fee or free accommodation in the guest rooms of the Institute of Nuclear Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences. Interested participants should apply before 25th March by sending an e-mail to the organizers with a brief motivation. Responses will be sent within a week after deadline for applications.
