On Thursday, conference check-in is located on the right hand side from the entrance. On all days (except Sunday), conference office is located on the left hand side from the entrance. Plenary session and Public Lecture are held in the Medium lecture hall located on the right hand side from the entrance. Parallel sessions A and B are held in the same room as plenary session divided for two rooms which separate entrances from both sides of the room.
Level +1
Plenary session and Public Lecture are held in the Medium lecture hall located on the right hand side from the staircase. Parallel sessions A and B are held in the same room as plenary session divided for two rooms which separate entrances from the hall.
Level +2
Parallel session C is held in the Conference room located on the left hand side from the staircase. On all days (except Sunday), lunches, coffee breaks and Welcome reception on Thursday are served in the Exhibition room located on the right hand side from the staircase.
